Intended as a simple-to-use, low cost alternative to some of the larger CRM packages, REPertoire provides a number of useful features
to people who travel frequently and maintain customer relationships on the go.
It's primary feature is the ability for you to enter logs as you visit each customer. The logs can be uploaded immediately, or when
you connect to a data network. After they are uploaded, you still have the opportunity to review and edit them. When you are happy with
what they say, you can select "Send Logs" and they will be compiled into a report and sent via email directly from our servers to whoever you
have defined for Log Reports in the Options section. The end result? You look good! Letting people know what you are doing and providing updates on each
customer is valuable information that management loves , but all too frequently it is tedious and time consuming to provide. REPertoire lets
you do it in a snap.
Each customer record has a host of associated features. Google maps are integrated so you can easily pull up a route to the customer when
you are in town. As you would expect, multiple contacts can be added, with multiple contact methods for each. Optionally you can push specific
contacts to your regular device contacts (gmail etc) but it does not use your device contacts as the main repository, so you don't have to worry
about it cluttering up your personal and regular business contacts with your account contacts.
If your device has a phone, you can call a contact directly from REPertoire. You can also capture the Latitude and Longitude of a customer,
either from their address, or while you are on site. This allows you to pull up a list of customers in your vicinity the next time you
are in town. You can also enter tasks, and tie them to a particular customer, or simply enter a general task that is independent of any customer.
You also have the option to submit expenses. Expenses are submitted in much the same way as logs. You enter your receipts as you go along.
REPertoire will retain and display a running total and, when you are ready, you simply select submit, and the expense batch will be converted to
csv (comma separated values, a common format that is readable by excel or easily importable) and sent to whoever you have defined for Expenses
in the Options section. If your device has a camera, you can also take a picture of each receipt. Pictures will be attached and submitted with
the csv file.
REPertoire is available with 3 different subscription options: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Although all 3 are available from Google Play, the
Gold Level subscription entitles you to additional features that go beyond your device itself, such as access to the REPertoire portal and ERP

The initial install is free, and you will be able to use REPertoire for 2 months at no charge. This will allow you to fully explore the application
and determine if it is of value to you before you have to spend any money on it.
